FAQs

Are non Methodists welcome to attend?
Absolutely!  All are welcome.  If you have any questions prior to attending a service just ask one of the greeters you will see at the front door.  Our services are casual and we love to sing!
Can I bring my noisy baby on Sunday?
Absolutely!  Children are always welcome!  Noisy kids can stay with their parents in the congregation - we don't mind the happy noise. Parents who prefer may also use our play room in the right rear of the church.  Parents can see and hear the service while children play.  Children from three to six years old may also attend the 'play care' in Room 4 in the basement.  They will be supervised by an adult member of the Education Committee and one or more teenage volunteers.
Can non members use your church for weddings?
Yes - contact our office during business hours for details.
Is the church wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the church building and all our facilities meet or exceed ADA standards for accessibility.
Is there a dress code?
Our worship services are casual.  Come as you are!
Is your church active in local charities?
Yes!  Since our founding in 1947 we have been very active in the local community.  We are one of the founding members of the Tri City Ecumenical Council.  We are supporters of the annual CROP Walk, the Friendly Kitchen Soup Kitchen and Pantry, and the Lucky Penny Consignment Store. Ten Percent of our annual income is donated to local charities active in poverty relief, hospice care, and addiction recovery.
